About WADSAD

At the Wycombe and District Sports Association for the Disabled we have enjoyed 40 years of enabling people with any form of disability including learning difficulties to take an active part in social life or fun sports. Over the years, our members have used the many facilities of the Wycombe Leisure Centre, Marlow Hill (Handy Cross). Some members have competed in area and national events with other clubs, and enjoyed winning many medals.

WADSAD meets alternate Sunday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wycombe Leisure Centre, a newly renovated and state of the art sports complex with a range of great facilities.

Volunteers and Membership

We welcome anyone who wants to get involved with the club. If you wish to join us for any of the sports listed, a cup of tea, or just a chat, please come along and give it a try. People with any disabilities are welcome.

Now Available for Recovery Sessions

If you've been advised to take part in recovery sessions by you're doctor following surgery or injury, but the idea of an open session in the pool is a bit daunting, then get in touch about joining our sessions. You will be able to join our private session, with a quieter pool for you to focus on your recovery at your own pace.
